LIMITED WARRANTY

This product is covered by a limited warranty that it is free from defects in material and workmanship, and against excessive wear for a period of one year. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only, and is not responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. (Some states do not allow warranty limitation, so the above may not apply to you). There is absolutely no warranty on any parts used in racing applications, or on products that have been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained, used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with the proper parts. We reserve the right to provide store credit in the amount of the original posted price on americanprimemfginc.com for any international replacement requests. We do our best to provide outstanding service to our international customers, but are unable to cover the cost of replacement shipping at this time.
APM does not issue credits or refunds on products purchased directly from a distributor.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of high-performance applications, these components are sold with NO express or implied warranty. American Prime Mfg. Inc. shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to: loss of profit, revenue, property or other equipment, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims from customers or purchasers which may arise as result from the sale, installation or use of these components.

There is no warranty coverage for primary or final drive belts, unless specific evidence proves that the failure was caused by a manufacturers defect. All sales on belt products are final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF ANY SHIPMENT AND THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS EXCEPT THAT THE MATERIAL SOLD HEREUNDER SHALL BE OF SELLER’S STANDARD QUALITY, and buyer assumes all risk and liability for all loss, damage or injury to person or property resulting from the use of said material in manufacturing processes or in combination with other substances, or otherwise. Except as otherwise provided herein quality shall be in accordance with seller’s specifications. Final determination of the suitability of the material for the use contemplated by buyer is the sole responsibility of buyer, and seller shall shall have no responsibility in connection with such suitability.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing APM to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of invoice. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified. RMA’s received more than 30 days after issue date will be ineligible for return unless otherwise specified. In order for products to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be received in proper condition depending upon the nature of the RMA. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging to maintain the condition of the parts when returning to APM. Parts received damaged will not be eligible and will be returned to customer. APM reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion.
