Hi your your primary belt 30853 be is 50 thou longer who makes it I’ve had bad luck bdl belt ! Gates ,Goodyear ?
Hi Sig, All our belts are made by Gates. Our 6024-0102 is a great belt made by the best belt manufacturer in the industry, Gates Rubber. But as good as the belts are, it is important that the belt is installed correctly.
Thank you was very careful when installed tiny slack .worked well but it looked like was lighter duty that gates we replaced oh thanks I’ll order next couple days making a list
Just FYI Sig, the free play (belt deflection should be approx. 1/2″ when cold. The pulleys need to be aligned to within .030″ and the belt drive has to have ventilation.
